Our health depends on many things like the food we eat,
kind of work we do (physical or mental), our daily routine and our sleep
also. Sound sleep is a golden key to live a healthy life.
One would
agree that disturbed sleep can make a person listless, irritable and
exhausted. Tiredness after hard physical work is to be expected and is
even pleasant, but constant weariness is a sign that there is something
wrong somewhere. Moderate exercise has been proved to enhance energy
better than inactivity. The suggestion that walking could make you feel
a lot more “rested” than resting itself is indeed true. Restful sleep
makes a person wake up fresh in the morning, while disturbed sleep
leaves him markedly drained the next day.
